I’ve lost 5 lbs in 7 days. The diet works but the food does get pretty boring. It gets hard to get going because everything becomes repetitive. But on the upside, I didn’t get hungry and I lost weight. I guess that’s what really matters.

I lost 8 pounds in 11 days but I’m not quite sure if that’s just water weight. I’m gonna give the program another 11 days and decide if it’s for me. I’m a little bit ambivalent right now about the program though.

I’m four days into the program and I’m seeing results already. I’ve lost 7 lbs and I still have much energy. I can’t wait to shed more pounds and reach my goal weight.

I quit the program when I reached the halfway mark. I got bored. Although I’ve really lost a lot of weight. I’m giving the diet a second chance. I hope I can finish the 11 days this time.
